New Development Inspections

The Engineering Development Review Division (EDRD) Inspectors ensure that concrete, storm drainage systems (channels, storm pipe, and permeant control measures), and roadway construction for new/redevelopment projects are constructed to City Engineering Standards and approved construction drawings.  EDRD inspects work performed in the City right-of-way associated with new/redevelopment and accepts new public streets and drainage facilities into the City of Colorado Springs asset management inventory.
